Right now, everybody can apply in all the universes, where the Serenity alliance is active, and we welcome all applications also from newbies in all universes.
The Rules are simple: We don't fight each other, we don't fight anybody stronger than ourselves
without the blessing of the alliance-leaders.
Any member who on his own start war with another alliance will be kicked out and wacked.
